Hey everyone!

I hate to say it, but I have officially received my first ever strike on my YouTube channel. Luckily strikes go away after 90 days, but I still argued it because I honestly believe that I was within the laws of fair use, as I am with all of my YouTube videos. However, this makes me a bit nervous with Patreon now. I was going to watch a few epsidoes today, but now I am hesitant until I see what happens with this. If you have watched the first episode of Demon Slayer that I have on here, please let me know if you enjoyed it and were looking forward to the future episodes. If so, then I will be doing watch along episodes going forward and will post some this week, and eventually when I have the time, I will throw them up on YouTube. If this was not a desired show by anyone on my Patreon, than I will be watching them on my own time and won't bother rushing them out here on Patreon, Feel free to message me privately or comment here.

Thanks Everyone!

Aah that sucks. Youtube is a bit to strict i think. Its crazy lately. So many channels are getting a strike while they're doing a good job in editing the video's, following the rules. Sometimes i think its just because of a few seconds. I understand copy right but ughh. Your watch alongs will be with a timer right? Because im totally fine with it and it makes you feel more secure.

Demon Slayer was the show, Netflix is brutal with copyright! In order to use Patreon you need to use a website, such as Vimeo, where you can upload the videos to. After you do that, you take the link from that site and then upload that link to Patreon. So, if a company wants to strike my Vimeo account becasue of copyright issues, I will also have my Patreon account get a strike because they don't want to be associated with copyright law suits. This unfortunately just happened to my brother. He got 2 strikes on his Vimeo in one day and was contacted by Patreon and Vimeo saying that if it happens a 3rd time they will ban his page on Patreon. His page where he has hundreds of videos and work put in! It sucks. So because I got a strike on my youtube for Demon Slayer I think I'm going to only be doing watch a longs for that one from now on.

Yes, definitely with a timer! I think I may continue to do Once like I have been, because technically I still have 2 strikes left, so I'm thinking maybe I'll just see what happens and if I get a second strike I'll switch to no video. I feel like certain company's are more strict than others, Every time my brother had an issue it was over Netflix, so I'm not surprised Netflix struck me lol
