And now you get to experience all the frustration we went through after watching this episode and then hearing that it got cancelled. I was so excited after finishing the last episode and couldn't wait to find out who showed up on the roof. It drove me nuts because I also couldn't fully settle on who it was. Nathan was my best guess as well. Also as far as I know, I believe the director said they hadn't decided on who it would be by the time it got cancelled. I think they were considering J, but ultimately it was never decided on, so it really is open for speculation. To this day, I still don't understand how it didn't get picked up especially since it was on HBO which feels like the perfect platform for it. I love that they managed to keep a chaotic aura throughout the whole show because I was never bored while watching. It just makes me wish we got more from it. It's also so rare that we get to see a character on the ace spectrum, so I enjoyed seeing Greta finally come to terms with that. I agree with you that this show could've explored so much more if it got more seasons with the way they set up the characters and the storylines. They had so much potential to work with, and there are so many things I wish we got to find out. But, I'm glad that we were able to get 16 episodes of these great characters and it's been fun watching you experience it. Thank you for your reactions! It would've been awesome to have another network picked it up, but I agree, You'd think HBO was perfect for it! Queer shows always get cancelled and it sucks.
