loved rewatching this season with u! i knew u would love that vilde scene LOL vilde and magnus rlly are perfect for each other. it was so nice to see so much happiness in this episode, and seeing isak and even being so peaceful with each other. their banter is adorable. isak going from such a grumpy boy to such a smiley one is heartwarming.

The director really loves doing the looking over the couple in bed scenes. I feel like in other shows it would be repetitive with different couples, but I love it here. Because even though it's the same shot, Eva and Jonas vs Noora and Wilhem vs Isak and Even still feel unique. I just love Magnus and Vilde. They are great together! Every time I watched the season all the way through, I'm reminded why it's a favorite. I know some people would disagree with this idea, but Isak and Even really revolutionized teen television shows. It wasn't until Skam that you started seeing more true gay/queer representation in high school based tv shows. There has always been some, but nowadays you see more focused on gay characters being whole characters rather than just a side character. Skam as a whole really changed a lot of what audiences were looking for, you can see the Skam-inspiration in a lot of teen shows in the past couple years. The show definitely helped bring back the importance of younger actors and telling real stories in teen drama, rather than lots of adults playing out wild storylines that had a lot of popularity in the early 2010s. I think I've mentioned this before, but one thing that I'll also love about Skam is how wonderful the actors are. The actors are all pretty much the ages of the characters they are playing and pretty much all first-time actors, which is pretty impressive. They are also actors that are from the environment that Skam is based in (Isak's actor was literally attending the school they filmed at while they were filming the show).

I think it definitely helps them be more confortable to be in their own elements, but it's still very impressive that all of these kids were first time actors! They did a wonderful job telling a beautiful story with extremely important representation.
