I haven't watched Eva but I really like the character designs from the show. Looking forward to seeing this illustration finished!

Yes, I think the story and worldview of Eva are really complex and detailed, but the design of everything is really a masterpiece, no matter Evangelion, architecture, angels and characters are really fantastic. I still think it is not outdated even now.

I agree, it's a timeless classic but I haven't gotten around to watch it yet. There's so much on my backlog lol
