If there were to a new Resident Evil game, what would the main villain look like?

As i'm preparing a big gift box with Resident Evil themed for the end of the June, i want to add something extra. Maybe, you guys would be able to help me to create a villain.

They can be anything. Their look, dressing, ability, personality, vibe, age/gender/origin etc. Please give any sort of detail you think it is defining their outlines.

I may use the idea you give or i may fuse them all into a one idea.

I can't wait to hear all the amazing ideas you have!
