Hey guys! I've got a request for Penny Pizzazz's townie makeover. As i'm making some research about her background info, i came across that simmers divided about her origin. Some says she's African-American and some says she's British-Indian. I'm really lost because i don't know her origin and i don't want to end up upset anyone.
