Rather smaller tribe than Forest Orc's, it is known that Mountain Goblin's are much stronger than them. That is why they took the Mountains, near the river. These lands are more fruitful, closer to the water source. When the inevitable war happened and Garuma gave a crushing triumph to his people and these lands are the spoils of that war. He has temper issues but it never stopped him to achieve anything he desired.

I used Simdulgence's Toned Top Mesh for his upper body. It's one of the very few top meshes that would make the nipple piercings look best.

You can remove his bat from CAS > Accs > Hats

You can remove his nipple piercings from CAS > Accs > Rings

His ears are accessories. If you remove his ear-piercing, you'll also be removing his ears.
