WIP - Patreon Reward (4/4) Ciel: The Judge, The Jury and The Executioner (Patreon)

Fourth Patreon Reward is Ciel! He is one of the very few students who passed the initiation. With instincts like he has, he can tell anyone's intentions in the first glance. Without any binding morality or emotion, he can judge anyone's crimes and carry the sentence without hesitation.

In the society, he judges, decides and carries the sentence! (In the themetic, he can be a real J.J.E. who decides the subject of person's fate or they can be role-playing in their society. I believe this is a good middle-ground for everyone. If you want to make him fantasy sim, go ahead! If you want him to be a reality themed sim, he also fits to that! :) )

(As you know, to be able to create a set of characters for Patreon rewards -and of course for brand new townies-, i skipped creating 1 brand new townie in January. Instead of 1 brand new townie, i created 4 patreon rewards. You can play with them as main character or place them into your world as townies. You can change their names, looks, stories or whatever you would like to. Your game, your decision ♥ )
