WIP- Inspector Monaghan (Patreon)

A new guy is in town. Who is he? A plane? A BIRD! No, it's Inspector Monaghan. He had quite a reputation where he came from. Well.. not only where he came from. He's well known among his colleagues. Just- tell him about the case and think as the problem is already solved. What makes him special? His questioning sense of course! When you start talking nonse, he answers in his own way. What do you say? Do you think you can run from his sight?

A while ago, lovely Jei Vũ was suggested some "police themed character set". Since this month is quite full and there is still more characters i'm working on to release this month, i can't create a set of police characters. But that doesn't mean i can't create at least one of them. Inspector Jack Monaghan will be released this Sunday. Hope you guys like him ♥ :)
