I felt like, i need to explain smth about this because i was asked about it on loverslab recently and i was asked on patreon before.

So, Makeover is an existing things' rebuilding from scratch but protecting some of the aspects of it. Townie Makeover is, existing 'townling' sims' making over from the scratch and improve their looks to make them fit to your taste. I'll try to answer two of the most asked questions about townie makeovers:

Q: Can i place X townie makeover if i don't have the Y (pack name) pack? Because X is living in the city which comes with Y pack..

A: The townie makeovers are not tied to any game pack. Even if you have only the base game, you will be able to have the townie makeovers in your game. You can place them to any world, to any household without any restriction.

Q: Can i play with this townie makeover called as A?

A: Yes, you can! As Sims allows you to play with any character -even with pre-made townies- you can play with the madeover townie characters. Did you like that A townie that much? You can make him your main character! Your neighbour, your family, your friend.. It's all up to your taste!
