Change in Tier Setting (Patreon)

I believe that I am being unfair with my patrons in the tip box of 1$ tier considering I am mostly doing NSFW work. So starting today, NSFW art is open to all tiers, the settings for polls are still the same, however. I hope this can be better for everybody.
