Sell for sure, the family already owes money to the mafia last thing she needs is another tie to it, or risk ticking them off even more. Walk away from the remaining family members and go no contact with all of them aside from Benny. I would personally change my last name legally, but my MC loves her grandpa enough to keep the last name. No contact should be easy enough since, aside from Benny, they are all in jail 😂. Cut down on the luxuries enough and the amount of money she has left is more than enough to live on for the rest of her life. No need to get involved in more shady business if it can be helped (but naturally it wouldn't be fun for it to be that easy. I'm ready for the drama).
