Access Issues (Patreon)

For new Patrons, I think there was a problem with the new Tiers that cannot access older content.

I fixed the access to comics, so you can now see each comic available to your Tier. 

For other posts, 4K posts and "Next Comic Poll" posts are available for Tier 04 only (both), "Theme Poll" posts should be available to Tier 03 and Tier 04 (also both) and any other posts should be available for everyone.

I will still be looking into posts to see if it is alright, but let me know if you are having issue with any content.
