I'm currently at a 6! Feeling much better from last week, thank you for all the drink suggestions 🤗. I keep beating myself up for not feeling like I'm doing enough-- y'know how it is sometimes!! If you're feeling the same way, here's your (and my) reminder to say that you ARE enough. This week was hard but we all made it and I'm so happy that we're all here together 🥹 like one big-happy-book-club-family.
