Hello hello !! Super excited to finally release this chapter to you all. We are finally getting into more of Mr Hoodie's life.

Bonus Behind the scenes author commentary (to read after reading the chapter):

You guys know this chapter gave me a little bit of a rough time hehe. Someone asked me which part was giving me trouble-- good question! Of the whole process of creating webtoons, I'd say the toughest part is the writing portion. I spend a lot of time trying to make the scenes flow naturally and that the dialogue fits the character's personalities properly. There's been a lot of buildup leading to this moment of the story (55 chapters to be exact o-o) where Mr Hoodie finally opens up about his past. So I really wanted to make sure that it felt right. Writing about Mr Hoodie's past is one thing, but writing about how Mr Hoodie TALKS about his past is another. I spent a lottttt of time working this conversation to get it how I wanted it. If I had to guess, 65% of my time goes into writing and working on flow, while the rest is drawing/coloring. Additionally, it was a bit of a challenge figuring out how to keep the conversation visually pleasing and not just a complete info dump with a giant wall of text. Anyway, if you all are interested maybe I can do some more info segments on what my creative process is like ^-^ I wonder how many of you would be interested

I think you’ve done a great job of balancing the dialogue, the storyline and the art. On a personal note, my best friend when I was a kid was in a family that did competitive speed skating. My friend’s younger brother was outstanding - and by the age of 12, already beating kids that would (years later) go onto being on the US Olympic teams. At some point around age 13, though, his brother quit. I was at their house the moment he had a fight with their mother (who had been living her dream through her 2 oldest sons) and threw his skates at her. She ducked in time and the skates hit the wall. He never skated competitively again. He moved to Japan after college and hasn’t been to the US again except for a family wedding about 6 years ago. Forcing a kid to compete in a sport despite the kid’s wishes to NOT do that will always result in serious problems.

I just signed up for Patreon and it's amazing to be able to see these episodes ahead of the Webtoon releases, but what's even better is I can really tell how much thought you put into every episode, and how much you care for this story and the people who support you. Love you True!!
