Content

Without naming names, I've encountered a few writers across different websites where it's obvious they only write for the attention and comments instead of doing what they enjoy. I'm not going to judge someone for trying to write something that'll get noticed more, but I'm sometimes concerned if I'll ever turn out that way: where I only produce content just to get other people's attention, and I slowly lose my interest in writing.

I create stories and write novels because it's a passion I really enjoy doing. However, if you ever have the time or just want to show your support, a quick fave or a comment down below is always welcome. It can really help brighten my day during a long work shift, when I go to bed that evening, or after I wake up. It can remind me as well as other writers, artists, and other creators out there that we aren't simply posting things into a void. Even if we are though, it won't stop me from ever writing. I'll write until my fingers stop working, even if the Internet one day collapses into oblivion, and even if the world's governments all outlaw free thought. I'll keep doing it because I enjoy entertaining not only myself, but you all.

So yeah. If I can give some cliched advice: don't write just for the masses, but yourself. What what you want to read.
