Pride Month is fast approaching, and it's been almost twenty years since the Supreme Court case of Lawrence v. Texas ended sodomy laws across the United States. In honor of this landmark decision, I've decided to write a story about a gay couple living in 2003, who went through unorthodox methods of getting the same rights as heterosexual spouses.
