Monthly News + Pariah Update (edited) (Patreon)

Holy crap, what another hectic month. 

Before I give details of what you can expect this May, I need to announce something. In case you're wondering, the reason I haven't posted another chapter of my vampire YA novella "Pariah", is because I've simply decided to no longer write it. On top of the pandemic and my job at Walmart, life has been getting in the way of some of my writing. 

However, you can still (technically) read it. You might not know this, but "Pariah" originally began as a short story (titled "Small Town Pariah") I wrote for a college class, and in spite of my best efforts, I think the story as a whole is best as short fiction. Otherwise, it feels like I'm unnecessarily adding to it. 

I'm sorry for cancelling this project, but I don't want to continue a project that feels more like an obligation than a work of passion. Despite this though, I'm going to make it up to you. This upcoming month, I'll be posting "Small Town Pariah" for everyone who wants to read the short story in its original form.

Anyway, here's what to expect this month:

Just in time for Cindo de Mayo, the last installment of Hades & Philos will be posted on May 5th, at noon. Expect an epilogue as well.

"Small Town Pariah" will be posted May 13th, at noon.

 "Maverick Hotel Part 8" will be pushed back to June 10th, at noon.
