I got a couple of questions about this subjetc and I just want to leave something clear, guys.

The PSD files and any other source file is a learning tool. What do I mean by learning tool? Well, some people learn using this files, you can learn about the process that the artist uses, you can see his workflow method, layer management, filters, layer modes, brushes, etc, etc. So yea, you can learn a lot through these files.

The PSD files ARE NOT a base, this means that they're not supposed to be modified, recolored, or used to make profit. You can modify them, you can recolor them and do whatever you want with them (I know this can help some people to learn too) as long as you don't post the final pieces on the internet. Basically, keep it for you.

Why it must be this way?

Simple, people who commission me are paying for something unique and original, so what happens if someone take a source  file of the piece they paid for, recolor it, modify it or even sell it as a "base" commission? Yes, the piece is not unique and original anymore.

I must give warranty to my customers that their pieces will be respected and their integrity will not be compromised.

TL;DR: PSD files are for personal use and as learning tools. They're not bases to recolor and sell.

Cheers :) !

PD: Sorry for the odd english!
