Introduction of fourth tier (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

Since it's been suggested by some of my followers over at DA as well as some of you guys, I decided to give it a try: I'll publish a new tier limited to a few patrons each month giving them the ability to fill out a commission form at the Bondage Asylum! I'm currently working on a draft, but the overall idea was inspired by this render I once made:

The concept would be that each tier-4-patron  can become a patient themselves. Choosing from several given options on the form, they can decide about their treatment. There can be some background info given to futher flesh out the scenario. I will create a render and story based on that form, using patrons' names if so desired, but of course the nurses sometimes have their own mind ;)

I am trying this now because I got some positive feedback already and I guess I'll just see where it goes from here.
