This is a version of Delsi's creature that will haunt the player throughout the game.

She normally uses the power of the artifact to take on human form,

But the moment she antagonizes the player, she deactivates the artifact's power and reverts to a creature.

She has powers that are on a different level than other nurse creatures, so running away would be your best bet.
