Yeah, realized abruptly that in order for the cameo to be a proper surprise I'd actually need to finish the panel and this is probably going to be the panel that takes the absolute longest so it's like... oof, I didn't want you guys to have to go DAYS without an update here so, compromise: you can choose to have it spoiled by downloading the attachment if you want to; the power is in your hands! 

That said, unless you're like a big Genshin fan you're going to be like... "Who is this? why should I care about this guy again?" XD
