Who is this character? Is it a new character? Is it the dark haired sister having a not-so-secret personal hobby? Man, I don't know; I just draw stuff.

As far as working on my technique: Decided to do some new stuff with layers this time; skipped doing any hard light layers and just used 2 multiply layers; one for shadows and one for 'blush,'  With a gradient map for skin corrections.

My goal is to eventually figure out how to produce my own version of Squarewave29's color style, and I think this is a good step. I guess I could have added some little shiny highlight circles on the skin but on some level I'm kind of like... man; they look good but people just aren't that shiny...

Moving on: I also finally decided to play around with color dodge layers (something I've been avoiding for literal years) for the hair and the reddish highlights on the shirt. I think it has a lot of potential for my work if I can get a good handle on when to use them properly.  

But whatever, I'm rambling about boring stuff now. Go listen to some Slayer!
