I'd be further along if Tracfone's website made it in any way clear if your cell phone plan had run out. (The "service period end date" is not the same as the actual "Service End date" and the latter is not displayed in your dashboard.)

Also, it took 3 days and 4 CS reps, troubleshooting every conceivable problem with the SIM card and my network connection to figure this out.
