The Patreon ToS (Patreon)

I'm sure many of you have already heard about the controversial update to the Patreon terms of service. 

While I don't actually think it should effect my page as I tend to shy away from the more intensely fetish infused depictions of eating, fatness, and weight gain, that doesn't mean I'm safe.

As such, I wanted to let you all know that I'm aware of the situation and thinking about it. While I don't have much of a plan beyond steeling myself for the worst and looking at alternate platforms, it's still better than being blindsided.

If my Patreon ever vanishes in a way that prevents me from telling you what's going on; I'll announce wherever I go from here on my Deviantart or wherever I can.

In the mean time I won't blame anyone who wants to leave the platform preemptively or out of spite. While I think there are conversations to be had about making sure that real people aren't incentivized to commit certain types of self-harm; there is very real probability that this will be used to purge content Patreon simply doesn't like, and I think we all need to be ready for that.
