Mod is the whole set that you see in the photos, dress has smp, as well as chains on the arms, everything can be built in the forge, and improved too, mod is also compatible with dynamic cube maps (Forced option, as in the photos) and complex materials both options for newer ENBs. 

4k textures, as always...

Tight slider, and also custom smp paint on the top

Boots yes, they are from an older mod but ported again, and also used some (old game S.H) meshs(Head) as base, and heavily modified them to look as the same from the cosplay pics.
