Spring had not started well for Betty. Both of her incapacitated legs needed to be put in a corrective casts. The nurses tried to do it as delicately and throughtfully as possible and to help her walk, they placed heels at the bottom of her feet. It's going to be a very tough month. Will Betty be able to enjoy the springtime outside? Or will she be limited to indoors entertainment only? And will she be all alone with her problem?
