Monthly Patrons Preferences Poll I (Patreon)

 We would like to start  systematically gathering data about our Patrons preferences when it comes to themes of the videos that we make.  

Right now we release new videos in themed cycles:  
Plaster Cast>Orthopedics>Orthodontics - and then cycle repeat itself.  

However, we are not sure if this is the best solution and we would like to start gathering data, that actually would tell us what You, our Patrons expect to see from us and monitor how the trend changes - so the Polls will be taken every month.
