As you walk out onto the airship's deck, the morning sunlight forms a silhouette on the horizon. You are approaching the biggest magical emporium of the realm, a great flying colossus of a city!

Rooftops are shining against the red morning sky, but the serenity is quickly evaporating, as you start to hear the hustle and bustle of the streets. Vendors, magical creatures, adventurers, merchants from distant lands...
(Edit: I've uploaded a variant version to the map you see above, using the asset pack II. Enjoy!:))

Hey Everyone!

I thought I would "paint a picture" for all of you about the new city map that I made using the Flying City Assets (and a few others).

This city was an absolute blast to create, and I'm quite happy with the final result. It's definitely the most complex and colorful map I've made so far, and also the most 'high fantasy' concept that I had to tackle.

I hope you can use this map and get your parties to go on many magical adventurers! It's big enough to run a small campaign in, and small enough to be just a point of interest or a quest hub in a more long form campaign.

As you move your eyes across the map you can see many little details and special areas that I've included.

As you can tell, I've used some assets from the Dwarven, (the tree from the Elven), and from the Greek asset packs as well. (along with some tiles even, like the marketplace, amphitheater.
I think these packs work fantastically together, as they share a similar color palette and the building styles fit very well too!

For those of you interested, I will make a "how it's made" tutorial on Youtube in the short future, where I will showcase little tricks and techniques that I've developed working on this map.

Tile pack is close to the finish line, and you'll see updates about it on discord in the coming days. Keep on the lookout!

You will find the HD map (very high res and lower res versions) down in the attachments!

Let me know what you think, and what kind of adventures you can imagine in a place like a flying city!

And as always,

Happy Building!<3

It's absolutely brilliant! I love all the little details. Will definitively take my players there :)

I think this would work great for Serraine in Mystarra.
