So this Vaporeon is part of the high sea rescue team. He goes around giving mouth-to-mouth to seamen in need of company- err I mean help!

I know I took some big liberties on Vaporeon's design, but I really wanted to make it work with my concept and with Diego's personality. I also tried to make him look a bit wet lol.
