Aaah, this one is definitely a stretch for Diego. Now here's the thing, when someone mentions Cruella, the version I think of is never the one from the cartoon or the Emma Stone version from the 2021 live action movie. The one true Cruella for me is Glenn Close in the 1996 live action adaptation. She literally made the movie (and thank god she did cause there wasn't much else worth it in that film lol) and her costumes were so flamboyant and ridiculous, I love it all.

Of course, I didn't really see Diego cosplaying that so instead, we have a fetishized take on the cartoon design. I'm especially happy with the pup hood variants haha.
