So I just made a rule for how the mask will work
When a person wears that mask for the first time she will have no control and remember nothing about what she did.
When a person wears that mask a second time she will again have no control over her actions but she will remember some things almost like a dream.
In both these cases the mask will be bald to show who's in control
Starting from the third time the mask will grow hair and the mask and the person will be both 50/50 in control. Now While the mask it's in control in the first and second wearing of that person, she will still act and be different from each person, since the mask personality it is altered based on that person personality, desires and memories etc.


Lilly was ready to open the door when she heard even more screaming coming from her mother inside the RV.  The mask keep transforming Carmen more and more, she was no longer fat and she start developing some fit muscles, bigger breasts as her T-shirt get's ripped exposing her beautiful big breasts and a six pack abs with green smoke covering her. The transformation became so violent that the RV suddenly started to move, stopping Lilly from her fool attempt to help her mother. She backed away scared seeing the RV jumping around. Inside the RV Carmen was now spinning into a tornado, her skeleton could be seen for a few seconds screaming as the tornado changes again turning completely green and spinning like crazy throwing everything around like a storm.

Outside from all the noises and bright green light, the motel owner finally notices and goes outside trying to see what is going on, she could see the green lights from the jumping RV and green lightnings around it. Lilly is running away before she can get hit by the RV. Then for a second everything stopped, the RV was no longer jumping and no green light or lightning could be seen. Suddenly the door bursts open with green smoke coming out of it and the person who kicked out the door was no other than Carmen, who now looked very different. She had a big bald green head with red glowing eyes and a sexy wicked face. She made herself a great entrance, looks like she is not in control at all, but the mask is in control of her body altered by her personality. 

Both Lilly and the motel owner were in pure shock of what they see in front of them, especially Lilly who had no words seeing her mother like this. Suddenly Carmen Mask points her finger angry towards the motel owner like she wanted to shoot her, but she didn't got scared since there was no gun, but suddenly green smoke shows from Carmen Mask's hand and a gun starts to form ready to shoot the motel owner.
