Google Drive has rules that must be followed. It is a file sharing service only, so please don't watch videos directly on our account. Google will punish everyone by freezing services until direct streaming stops- meaning videos won't work for anyone, even if you are following the rules (usually error messages pop up until many stop streaming).

If you wish to stream online, we provide private YouTube links in individual posts here on our Patreon, just like this post. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in the show/movie title. You can also ask us for help through Private Message. :)

That scene after the intro, when Carl is wandering through the cars, pretty much directly mirrors Rick's first scene in the pilot of the show. You might have noticed that the girl rick sees at the end of that scene looks just like the little girl Rick kills at the beginning of the pilot too.

Rogue Maverick

So I have a couple of things to say. No spoilers. Starting with the end of season 7, Sasha knew that as long as she is a live, she will be used to hurt our group. She turns herself into a weapon and a distraction. I am not sure Rick got any kills in 716, but Carl did get two more kills. Daryl also got another kill. Maggie got another kill. Morgan got another kill. Everything else is hard to tell who shoots who. Michonne did push that girl off the building. But Rick and Carl only hear a woman scream and they can see a body hit the ground. It is hard to see it, but the audience can see someone fall on the other side of the trees. Rick is done being afraid. He is ready to let Carl die. Carl is ready to die. They are all ready to die for each other. So Negan has plan A and plan B. Plan A was to kill one person (changed from three because Sasha made a deal) then basically get our group back in line. Plan B is what we see at the end of that episode, the Saviors go to war. Season 8 was advertised as "All Out War". I do not know the timeline between season 7 and 8 but I would say maybe a week. I also believe that 801 is the 100th episode of the Walking Dead. There are several callbacks to the first episode. Someone already pointed out the opening scene of Carl at the gas station. But the girl walker in that scene was actually the same actress that played the first walker that we see on the show. She is even dressed the same. Another bug call back is the end shot of the walkers swarming the trailer that Negan and Gabriel are in, this is similar to the walkers swarming the tank that Rick is trapped in from the first episode. In this episode Rick gets a kill, Daryl gets two kills, and Morgan gets one kill. The reason they didn't just shoot Negan when he walked out the door is that Rick is not Negan. He wants to give the Saviors a chance to surrender. Rick also knows that if we shoot Negan immediately, all the Saviors will fight back and we would be outgunned and over run. Rick also is telling the Saviors this is their only chance to surrender, next time, he will shoot immediately. I do like seeing Gavin try to talk with Rick. Gavin does seem to be one of the more "kind" Saviors. Rick did not have the aim of a stormtrooper when he was shooting at Negan. Negan was hiding behind a wall and Rick was trying to shoot through the wall. I view Maggie and Rick's relationship to be brother and sister in law thing. Where Glenn was Rick's younger brother. I do agree that it was a little over the top with 8-12 people shooting at one person. But it is good to remember if we don't kill him he will kill one if us, or all of us. The group does seem to be burning bullets but I guess between Oceanside, Kingdom and what Rick found at the carnival, they have plenty of bullets. I will try to tally some of the kill counts later. But I am pretty sure this brings Morgan to 4 kills. Reminder that I am only counting Morgan's kills that he got after he gave up being a pacifist. One of my favorite things from 801 is that Jerry's arm guard can cover Enid's sternum. We also get to see that Carol still is unhappy about having to kill people. Lastly we did leave on a cliffhanger of what happened to the Kingdoms group, that one guy threw a grenade and then we didn't see that group again. I can't wait to see your reactions to this season.
