Welcome to our Movie POLLS!

Welcome to the POLL LINEUP for the month of May! Please look at the schedule below. We have 3 Movie POLLS every month!

The Genre theme for this month will be Comedy

Every Monday after the first week of the month- There will be POLLS to VOTE from and to make REQUESTS!

REQUESTS made on our POLLS makes it a lot easier for us to find and add to our LIST!

Feel free to make REQUESTS in the comments below!

Monthly POLL line up:

1st Monday-

REQUESTS Only (Request here in comments below)

Give us your Live Action and Animated requests for the genre that was selected for the month and also give us your regular requests as well for the other POLLs later in the month.

2nd Monday-

Genre Specific Movie POLL (Live Action & Animation)

3rd Monday-

Live Action Movie POLL

4th Monday-

Wild Card POLL (mix of live action and animated movies and maybe a brand new movie)

Genre Selection Poll- Choose next months genre theme for the Genre Specific POLL!!

Any extra weeks in the month will be filled with another Wild Card POLL!!

We guarantee at least 4 movies every month (including Movies that win our POLLS and a random Patron request).

Please allow us 1 to 2 weeks to watch and post the Movie Winner. We're usually able to it watch sooner.

Only 1 Movie can win each Poll. If multiple movies win, we will randomly select 1.

Why?

Our Patrons have very diverse opinions on what Movies they would like us to watch, so we try our best to accommodate everyone. Our most popular requests here have always been animations and super hero films which we mainly keep off of our POLLS due to some finding that unfair, so having 1 winner keeps options open for every active Patron here.

Movies that almost win are not guaranteed to be watched. We do surprise Movie Reactions when we can. (Usually 2-4 Surprise Movie Reactions a month)! That's a lot! Meaning up to 8 Movie Reactions total a month!

All Movies are Patreon Requests- whether popular or underdog. That way, every request has a chance :)

Most of our fans chat with us through Private Message, not on our Public Page, so please be respectful of everyone here. Movies that win are real votes.

Many of you have been with us for years and we love having you! Thank you for understanding how hard we work to create the same quantity of content like bigger channels do... while still keeping quality of course!

It makes us so happy when you enjoy what we watch! Thank you for your support and Happy Voting!

Have a great day!

All of these requests are comedies. (A couple of them might seem to straddle genres, but they're still most definitely comedic.) INNERSPACE: Joe Dante directed this 1987 Spielberg-produced sci-fi. Yes, there is a heavy comedy element, as it costars Martin Short (alongside Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan). Dante also did Gremlins, but this one is sillier. Jerry Goldsmith's music score is fantastic. CLUE (1985): Clue used to be considered a "cult movie," though I think it's got a more mainstream profile with the advent of social media. It takes a while to adjust to its silly rhythm, as it's kind of a throwback to the patter of '30s screwball comedies. I figure even if you don't click with it, you might admire what they were going for. It's adapted from the famous boardgame, and it's impressive how well they incorporate all the elements there into a coherent story. SCHOOL OF ROCK (2003): Starring Jack Black. You've likely at least heard of this. I think this was Black's first starring role after being more of a bit actor in a number of movies. (It's bizarre to look back on his imdb to realize how rarely he was hired to be funny early on in his career.) LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (1986): Yes, this is a comedy in addition to being a musical. It's also got *amazing* practical effects and pitch-perfect performances, which might fly under the radar if you go into it just thinking it's going to be a silly throwaway movie. Please watch the normal, THEATRICAL version/ending, as I think this is a case where the special edition kind of ruins the story. THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL (2014): A Wes Anderson movie. This one stars Ralph Fiennes who at this time was most known for doing super intense, menacing performances in movies like Schindler's List and Harry Potter.

Darius.

Today I will advocate for some serious movies & comedies but they will probably not get voted on. Comedy recommendations: "Funny People" (2009) "Definitely, Maybe" (2008) "Crazy, Stupid, Love" (2011) "Everything Must Go" (2010) "Stranger than Fiction" (2006) Assortment of movies: "Sicario" (2015) "Sunshine" (2007) "Inside Man" (2006) "The Hurt Locker" (2008) "Trouble with the Curve" (2012)

I always considered Little Shop as a Horror Comedy. It fits in the comedy category

Comedy: Monty Python Life of Brian Anchorman Superbad Borat Rocky Horror Picture Show (It’s branded as Horror, but it’s a Horror Comedy movie.) Regular: Scooby-Doo 2002 Live-Action Mortal Kombat (2021) Akira

Fantastic Four (1994, Unreleased Film. It’s on YouTube. The superior version of Fantastic Four. It’s good to get to know the team before the reboot in 2005 and 2025.)

Hey Storm Family, I'm back again. For the comedy genre I'd recommend: Ace Venture: Pet Detective and it's sequel Ace Venture: When Nature Calls starring Jim Carrey For regular reactions I'd also pick: Watchmen (Director's Cut) Taken The Karate Kid Part 2 and 3 Also, in case you were open I'd recommend Cobra Kai. It's a tv show sequel to the Karate Kid Franchise
