Hi Dawn, thank you for reacting to this! This has been one of my favorite movies of all time. I remember watching this movie with my mum as a child. She is not here anymore (she passed away four years ago). This movie holds a very special place in my heart. Thanks a lot for reacting to this, and I had a feeling your Mum would have tears during the sea moment. Loved it! <3

This is such a fascinating movie just from the perspective of pop culture/filmmaking history. Yes, Dreamworks is now known as a very successful animation studio, but it's specifically in the realm of computer animation. A movie like THIS, however, feels very anomalous. It's a highly polished hand-drawn animated feature, done by a non-Disney studio, telling a more adult story (religious or not). It feels like this movie could've only have happened within a very narrow window of time when all the stars aligned.

I love this movie and I would also recommend 'Joseph King of Dreams' too which is also made by DreamWorks and came out I think about 3 years after prince of Egypt and it is another bible story

Im not religious, but you dont have to be to know atleast parts of the story and find it a beautiful one. This movie is so powerful. The story itself, the animation and the music is just top notch. I have so much respect for this movie. I dont really have a favorite part, because the whole movie was absolutely amazing. But i do have a favorite sentence: - "I did not see, because i did not wish to see" Pfoe, such a heavy and meaningfull sentence.

I’m not really a religious person but me and my family went to church a lot when I was a kid. I still remember the stories from the bible, they’ve always had positive messages. I’m happy you guys got to react to this! I loved loved loved loved this movie as a kid. The animation, music and the story was just so powerful and soo well done. It still holds today too, it could’ve easily been released yesterday with just how amazing it is.

The Ten Commandments (1956) would be a great watch. Incredibly long though. You'll would probably have to split it in two, if you were to do it.

Once in a while I realize there are certain titles you guys haven't reacted to. One movie I believe you have reacted to is the 3D animated Transylvania movies. There's a youtuber who is a big Disney fan, and is able to voice act many Disney characters, and makes trips to Disney World or Disney Land parks. He actually voiced the Dracula father in the latest movie sequel (I think its the third movie).
