Even though we saw The Mandalorian Season 2 blind before finishing The Clone Wars... it is more exciting for us now to see how Bo-Katan and Ahsoka become allies. Also, once again, Ahsoka is just so amazing with her skills!

The Jedi Rafa was referring to very likely was Luminara Unduli, Barris's former(?) master. I do think when she did her crimes at that point Barris was no longer a Padawan. She matches Rafa's description of being female, having green skin and dark robes. Also, her personality matches Rafa's account of her attitude being a very disciplined, unemotional, though she was a likeable Jedi, at least to me. Unlike Anakin, she had no emotional attachment to her Padawan when Barris was trapped in the Confederate tank with Ahsoka on Geonosis. If she died, she died and she wouldn't be upset about it, but would honor her memory. That honestly may have been a good thing for her when it was discovered that Barris was a Jedi traitor, so Barris wouldn't have a hard time letting her go. It's too bad we didn't get to see her reaction to THAT news. Of course it's a bad thing though when she dispassionately tells two children that their parents dying and their home being destroyed in order to save innocents was a necessary lost.

I agree, I immediately thought of Luminara when Rafa described the Jedi's appareance and the way she dealt with them. She had the same "The Force meant for this to happen" attitude that led Barris to go rouge.
