Another tense and stressful episode! Until we see Mike with Lydia, LOL! Howard and Chuck's exchange was disheartening to say the least...

Can't wait to see if you guys make up an excuse for Jimmy preying on the elderly since he "has a big heart" and is definitely not a scummy lawyer that everyone thinks he is.

If you notice, Saul rubs the ring he got from Marco during the Bingo game right before he goes through with it, almost as if paying him respects by doing scummy things to other people. Also, the Zafiro Anejo makes a return since they scammed Ken Wins at the bar in S01E04 and later Gus used it to poison the cartel. So in a way, when that bottle comes out, the celebration will go sour in one way or another.

Jimmy is really scummy this episode. Theres definitely a moral transition of jimmy toward saul. Its definitely a "fall". Before he was always just "slippin" Jimmy. Morally down and up. And the Kim crash is so well done and shocking.

Just a couple of comments that might help clear some things up... Firstly, when Jimmy walks out of Irene's residence in the opening scene and he's doing the math regarding the settlement out loud, he says, "I'm one fifteenth..." That's what he's doing the math for - he's musing about how big his cut is going to be. And that's the impetus for everything that follows (not the claimants being "ripped off"). Also, regarding the medication that Nacho had swapped out... If you recall the scene where he's actually filling the empty pill cases, he's crushing pills next to a large bottle labeled "Ibuprofen". A lot of people overlook that, and assume he's filling them with some sort of poison. But Nacho is smarter than this. He knows that most poisons can/will show up on a toxicology report, and the last thing he wants is suspicion surrounding Hector's demise. Instead, he fills them with something innocuous; something any person might have happened to take on any given day. All he needs, in order to take out Hector, is for Hector to have an episode/attack which would have been otherwise fatal if not for his (real) medication. But, of course, not every episode is necessarily fatal.
