another amazing chapter!

Lord M

I can’t physically stop you so I’ll do with words. Please don’t kill your self Aba. We need a healthy, happy Aba.

JazBird

So fun. Loveed the interplay. Thank you.

This chapter was insane, in the top for me for sure, especially the end with Perril leveling !

Intorn Songkittipong

Edited chapter, best chapter!

Cody Brown

What a chapter! I laughed and cried.

KDP

Great chapter!

[Corrupt Cleric]

Damnit, you're the best there is Pirate. You make my day everytime, but this chapter..Chapter... chefs kiss 🤌

Jake Brown

This amazing!! I really hope the next bits of the festival we get to see have more of an antinium presence. I would love to know what happened to Grass Shell since Xrn is trying to figure out how to make other antinium magic users. I wonder if she would think of his class as "less than" or valuable and worth looking into?

Connor

I gotta say I just listened to puff the magic dragon by Peter Paul and Mary for the first time since my childhood and it got me feelin for Teriarch 😔

Benjamin Lewis

Incredible. This was just amazing. Thank you so much Pirateaba. Your work has just floored me and left me stunned. It was nice to see so many characters interacting, everyone was so close. Seeing Erin finally get her protagonist powers was great, a stunning and earned achievement.

Craig

This is now my all time favorite chapter. What a wild ride, and so many system messages too!

CromCruach

wow that was an epic chapter!

Off the charts. Pirate hit a home run.

Deepak Kamlesh

Been enjoying the youtube teasers and really enjoyed this chapter. Good to see the Wandering Inn Family and Friends all finally pulled together. Looking for a couple more to drop in during the next chapter, will be great.

I'm looking for a certain mathematical gnoll to show up, so Erin gets the kick in the pants to start organising her many newly arriving friends into properly establishing the Order of Solstice and to start building the new Castle Inn. I'm also kind of hoping that when Valeterisa makes her school of Magic in Liscor, you know Grimalkin (who has been notoriously absent) will be there. But I also hope Perril Chandler is one of the teachers. Skill – Teacher of Magic (Universal) obtained!] [Spell – Death King’s Mirage of the Living obtained!] Both seem like the kind of skills necessary. One for hiding his being a lich. The other for being a fantastic teacher. Who knows? If it happens, Nerry might even get to meet Nerrhavia. That'd be hilarious.

Best chapter I've read in a minute. Please don't edit by cutting things away, your writing us what I live for and I am eternally grateful for your 30k+ chapters. I'd literally chop off my hands and gift them to you if it kept you writing. Not hyperbole.

Jamie Messier

I’m always a a fan for the system messages, it’s like another character in the book - system messages have their own arc in a fashion.

Jake Brown

Yeah he's a Shaman of the Antinium, and it feels like mages (at least Wistram mages) view shamans as primitive

Skeys13

Wow that was really good. I wish I knew any of the skills were referencing anything or if they were all made up. But I personally really like the longer writing style. I guess in a few specific cases it might be better to be brief but id hate to think I lost out on more context or dialogue or even description just for the sake of brevity.

Skeys13

More than the food poisoning chapter!? That one had me laughing so hard

Parker Groseclose

I believe the real critic they have is their magic isn't actually their own, they get it from their tribe. When the gnolls sent one of their shamans to Wistram they went alone and were not able to do any magic as a result

So...I'm not gonna lie, I know what you're talking about when you say "lotta words" - like it's not considered a high form of writing. But the idea that your writing would tell the story better with fewer words? There's something *luxurious* about the way you write. I read A LOT (and have a degree in English, creative writing) and I LOVE THIS. I just love it. I am taking lessons all day from this story.

[Corrupt Cleric]

I have a literary degree as well, and could not agree more. Pirates writing style is smooth, and rarely if ever feels forced. I love every bit of it!
