Two options. Let me be clear by not being clear:

Ser Solstice, the Singer of Terandria, and Windy Girl - ...And more! Each arc has multiple characters who are making their way in, like the Pride of the Wellfar, Eldavin, and so on. So don't take this as a single chapter or even Hectval's self-contained arc. It's the fever-pitch of a war between two powers on Terandria.

Lots of drama between characters, but yes, also battles. Mostly? It's about how the past intersects with the present. People who know each other, who were there--but where?

Expect Cara's backstory to be dug into, even if only with a teaspoon, and expect angry immortals and grand stakes. However--no one expects the Goblin.

Luan, Sentry Leader Ekrn, and Giant Squirrel Woman - This is also about impending battles, but think of it from the opposite angle. Treachery in Baleros, hiding Fraerlings--this is trying to get into the right spot and find out who knows what. Before it's too late.

Less 'wide' than the first option and probably with less chapters, but this one's about high magic, and arguably, ethics. Can Fraerlings give magic to the lesser species? Really, how is this all happening?

And lastly--do Selphids have tits? That question will not be answered in this arc. But do expect two main perspectives. That of Foliana and the Forgotten Wing Company, and Luan and the United Nations, both trying to figure something out. And Fraerlings of course. They're everywhere. Probably watching you now.
