Side Story Spoilers - May 2019 (Patreon)

This time you can reveal anything you want. I know that somewhat defeats the purpose of spoilers, but I started wondering what the purpose of this post even is. I may cancel it next month or try something else. For now...enjoy your brief advantage over the others! It may not last, but it depends on what you all chose to do with your knowledge. Knowledge is...knowledge.

PS: Yes, I tried making all these options based off of TV shows. It took me probably 20 minutes of time I won't get back thinking up the names and looking up show titles. And I've watched exactly 1 TV show out of all of these. I haven't even seen the trailers for the others, let alone an episode. Go figure.

Keeping Up With the King of Destruction

It's war. But believe it or not, that's only one of the problems Flos is facing. A certain [King] is pretty steamed at the King of Destruction and believe it or not, he's a pretty big deal.

If you'd like to know what happens when a ruler commands more than just the living, vote for this! If you like powerful Skills being revealed at last, vote for this! If you like attack-hyenas and an [Empress] riding a giant elephant and sowing chaos among her enemies while screaming bloody murder...that most certainly will not occur in this story.

[Doctors] Are the New [Strategists] (Geneva and/or Niers!)

The Titan's playing games. But what kind of games? Did our favorite Minotaur [Strategist] outwit the master? How does Luan figure into all this? We'll stop by Geneva and co where some changes have occurred, but this chapter is mainly about the Titan playing games with his students. Past...as well as present.

Seriously though, this is probably the most 'fun' story in that less people are likely to die in this above all else. But is it too soon for more Geneva? Hm.

Game of [Clowns]

Now, where has Tom been? Why isn't a certain ritual started? What's life like in Rhir without their funny man? I mean, without their actually funny man, not...you know what? We all know the answer. It sucks. But maybe it sucks harder for some and less for others?

If you want to kickstart something big, vote here. This story arc involves friends in Terandria, earthworlders abroad. And it involves uncovering more of what makes this world go...hm...? I wonder.

Blackmage's Anatomy (Ew. Not really.)

Ironically, this chapter has less Earthworlders than the Rhir one. Or in a different way? Blackmage will meet people from Earth like him, but he is still a pet in a cage. Or is he? Is this new faction better? What happens when he puts his [Engineer] class to good use? And where is Amerys?

If you like people combining tech with magic and understanding how magic works, at least in parts, vote here. Also vote if you like Lamias. That Archmage is weird. Seriously, weird. You don't know nothing yet.

House of Vampires (Ryoka, really.)

She's big. She's bad. She's...wait, who am I describing? Anyways, this is Ryoka. And she's learning to be a good Human being, but how does one be a good Vampire? Are these potential friends really going to get along or become predator and prey? What did Ryoka ask of Fierre? And what's happening up north.

If you'd like to see the fallout from Magnolia and Tyrion's efforts, definitely vote here. If you like meeting new faces, vote here. If you'd like to meet an [Innkeeper] better than Erin Solstice...at least in terms of levels, definitely don't vote here!

Laken's Universe

He's killed Goblins. He's abandoned his burgeoning empire. His love...nearly got killed by a Hobgoblin. And he's aware that a lot of things have gone wrong. And in fact, this is only the beginning. For a journey of a thousand miles...takes a long time. Laken's returning home, but he's got more problems than ever to deal with, and this time he'll have to change in a big way, or watch his empire crumble around him.

This time he needs to think about morality, about plans best laid. And about Goblins. After all, the greatest Goblin [Cook] and a [Shaman] are both along for the ride. And they're not too happy about it. Vote for if you want to see a few table flips in the narrative sense of the word. But who's flipping off who?
