To preface this -- this poll is NOT the poll that determines the next story when a slot opens up in my rotation. This is just a poll to see the standouts in the idea-pile because I have a couple of months before my next commission story starts, and I figured it would be a good opportunity to build up a backlog for the strongest contenders for the next story release. And because I may or may not have something cooking in the background that I'm not quite ready to reveal.

Below are the stories that I would be interested in continuing listed from newest to oldest. They all have a rough summary and a link to the chapter, but you can visit my Idea-Pile on Questionable Questing to see more discussion around each story where I answered some questions. Patreon's comment section doesn't really lend well to an actual discussion like a forum does. You will need an account on QQ, though.

Written Works (DC Comics): William Wake is a starving artist barely keeping his head above water between his day job as a delivery boy and an amateur smut writer. An unforeseen expense finally pushes him under, and he takes a commission that he never would have otherwise, only to discover that the words he typed on the page are beginning to manifest in reality.

Hi, I'm Gary (Fallout 3 SI): Vault 108 was an experimental vault -- one determined to claim immortality with the power of cloning, with the caveat being they had to inhabit the body of some guy called Gary. Only for his head to already be occupied by himself and every clone that they made. Upon his escape, the Garys are unleashed into the wasteland where they will forge it into their image and the world will never forget the name Gary.

The Cost of a Wish (Fate: Oath Under Snow/DnD): Shirou Emiya thought he had prepared himself for death, only in his final moments, he makes a last wish in the home of the Holy Grail. He follows in the wake left by his sister, Miyu, and lands in a land of fantasy -- elves, goblins, magic spells. Faerun is hardly a land for the faint of heart, and Shirou will find himself pushed to his limits in a strange land with stranger magics as he quests to reunite with his sister.

Devils in the Details (Asoiaf/Chainsaw Man): Some people are simply born luckier than others. Some people got born into families of obscene luxury while others got sacrificed by a bunch of cultists and find themselves North of the Wall in Westeros. Options are few for our protagonist and in a desperate bid, he attempts the same ritual that brought him to the ass end of the world across the multiverse, only to find that its a very different devil that answers. The powers he commands each come with their own cost, but it's one worth paying as he carves himself a way to live in the rough world of the Wildings.

Best of Intentions (Resident Evil/DnD): Saving the world wasn't a one-man job, but that wasn't going to stop Rudeus Raine from giving it his best shot. Blessed with a DnD style gamer ability, he's racing against the clock to prepare Raccoon City for its self-inflicted zombie apocalypse. He'll save the world, no matter how desperately Umbrella, the US government, or mad scientists try to end it.

Consume and Level Up (Danmachi/That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime) (Slime SI): The slime life is a tough life in the wonderful city of Orario. The Adventurers want to kill you, monsters in the massive underground labyrinth under the city also want to kill you, and the gods that walk the world want you as entertainment. As luck would have it, however, a bit of murder in the Dungeon leaves our protagonist a convenient mask to walk the upper world with. Only to discover that he inherited his problems along with his face.

New World Order (Harry Potter/Cyberpunk: Edgerunners): David Martinez thought he knew what his lot in life would be -- a few years at Arasaka Academy, a lifetime of stress as he worked up the corporate ladder, and maybe he ended up with an office with a view. Only for all those assumptions to go out the window when an owl delivers a letter telling him that he's a wizard. Now, he's off to London to learn the wonders of magic as he's inevitably dragged into a conflict that would define the age -- Pure bloods, the ancient magical families, pitted against the New Bloods, the needy and desperate who understand the opportunity presented to them. And those that would stop at nothing to take it.

That's all the ones that I have a real interest in continuing -- which, funnily enough, was most of them. So, let me know which ones you would like to see more of. There won't be a winner to the poll, but the feedback will make it clear which ones I should be prioritizing.

No chance of that Star Wars/ Oregairu crossover coming back?

Diego

As a big BG3 fan. Shirou in Fae'run would be interesting. Especially with the ability to copy weapons. +3 weapons we go baby

Luc Ario

Denji and David are fun protagonists, and I like how you write Shirou, but the DC one has the most potential imo

best intentions made a very strong intention the first time I read it, but Im not sure how many people would be excited about more resident evil. Gary however I think has the most utter potential. The idea of interconnected vignettes and a story written through the telling of many Gary's is so fun to me.
