So, I was wanting to leave this as a surprise, but I'm wanting to commission some artwork for Going Native since we're closing in on the one year anniversary. However, I have completely struck out on every single artist I've approached -- all the ones I've found either don't do commissions, have a backlog to the point it'll be a year before they get to mine, or they flat out didn't respond. And I've been trying for the past month with no luck.

For reference, Jacob Noble is the kind of art style I was hoping to commission. If you have any recommendations, then I would greatly appreciate them.

I know Jacobk has used few different artists for his stories, he might know someone that has a similar style.

What's your price range?

IdeasGuy

I would say around $100-200, but I'm willing to spend a bit more for quality.

Least you ain't asking slave labour. The bug thing is artist skill. As long you provide decent refrences styles can be reproduced. Kmochi has pretty good skills but prices himself at slave labour and I know hes 4 commissions deep but would most likely fit you in. I have a few pieces of his work I can share across discord Xegzy#1600 is my handle theres a few more artists I know of but I will need to check after work.

Also I have some of his more impressive pieces that arent on display based on the nature of sketchmob and artist and client.

alright, im off work, first off let me go why im recommending Kmochi first https://artistsnclients.com/people/Kmochi. One, is he is an incredibly hard worker and priortizes customer service, you will get multiple updates of your piece and you can change whatever you want at almost any stage. two he wants to improve and that is why he takes commissions so cheaply but people tend to get his lower price range which fills his portfoilio with one type of art and doesnt allow him to stretch. with artist and client you do not get screwed over for your commission and allows security for the artist to be paid and for you to get your moneys worth. if whatever reason you don't consider him good enough. I would suggest https://twitter.com/StevenEckelkamp but he is currently full on commissions, and https://www.artstation.com/mattolsonart/profile however I still Reccomend Kmochi over these two even though these guys have better technical skills.

https://www.artstation.com/dishwasher1910/profile, not sure if he does commissions, but his art has always been my favourite. Th style also seems similar to what you are looking for. He also posts on pixiv, deviantart and his twitter. All under the same username of wither Bach Do or Dishwasher1910.

if none of those work I suggest the platforms artist and client and sketchmob to do your business. it least gives you a guarentee

Thank you for your suggestions. I found an artist -- Rashed AlAkroka. The piece is with their more realistic art style, and I'm pretty excited to see how it turns out.
