Hey mates! I heard back from Donny the tech assistant Ive been talking to about how some of you are having trouble getting the episodes on your android device

Sorry to pass the buck on to you, but it sounds like it's easier from their end if you contact them directly about it - hope this is okay, let me know if you have any further issues or they aren't able to fix it and I'll chase it up again... here's what he said:

In these situations, it's usually best if the patron reaches out to us directly. That way we can take a look at their account and troubleshoot with them on our end. This sounds like a technical glitch that can be resolved with some troubleshooting. It could be that their app needs to be updated, or something with their device. It could also be a bug that we'd need to get the engineers involved in. That happens sometimes when new mobile OS versions come out. 

We're happy to work with them to figure it out!"
