Updating details (Patreon)

Hey friends! 

Let's see if we can help each other out! We've had a couple of people get in touch saying they're having some difficulty in figuring out how to update their address details on patreon. 

I'm afraid the creator side of the site is different to how you see it, so I can't figure it out to help! 

Has anyone figured this out and  could share some tips with your fellow patreons?
