Hey all! How do you do? 

Hope you're well! We've been enjoying the summertime in Melbourne and have some great episodes of Do Go On coming up.... scroll down if you want to know this week's topic. Book Cheat is being released every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, so will be back next week and this week's Prime Mates hasn't been recorded yet (and a topic hasn't been locked in yet, feel free to suggest ideas below).

What's everyone been watching/listening to/reading lately? I've seen a couple of great gigs over the last two weeks - The Growlers (from California) and IDLES from Bristol, UK. IDLES was one of the best shows I've been to in ages... and their first two albums are top notch (if you're into punk rock, you should give them a go...)

I've been reading the graphic novel 'Nick Cave: Mercy on Me' by Reinhard Kleist. I've never read a graphic novel before, it's good fun!

I did my first very basic run through of my new stand up show on the weekend (in front of an intimidating audience of Dave Warneke, Al and Andy (from two in the Think Tank) and a couple of other friends. It's a bit rough, but I think it should come together (I'm doing a trial show in a week - then head to Perth for Fringe World the next week.... eek).

As a bit of a flash back, I thought I'd link to Jess' 'First Date with Jess' web series. A few of you have possibly already seen it... it's good fun and episodes feature Dave and myself as well as previous guests of Book Cheat and Prime Mates like Pete Jones, Bec Petraitis and Alasdair Tremblay-Birchall...
