Bonus bonus image (Patreon)

This is a one-off, I have an extra image I made this month, I thought I might as well include it in this months rewards  :)  

It's another Dark Disney Universe image, this time Sleeping Beauty, also known as Aurora, about to get 'autopsied' on by some random doctor or mortician who thought it was very strange that her corpse hasn't rotted in the 100 years she's been lying motionless in her bed...   meanwhile Prince Phillip is fighting to reach her so he can kiss her and wake her up.  The doctor dismisses Phillip's cries as the ravings of a lunatic and tells his orderlies to expel him.  What will happen?
