Hi there awesome Patreons, 

After a couple of days of R&D I am please to announce that all of our content will feature the best Daz can offer in the new platform of Genesis 8.1 HD. I will always provide the characters in the Genesis 8.1 format but for those that are able to obtain the Daz content below there will be a version of the same character in HD. I know that some of you already have the contend but I wanted to lay it out for the ones that do not.

So please make sure to have preinstalled the content listed below for the HD version.

To test it all out please download the all new Beyond: Two Souls - Jodie Holmes HD in this post. This particular model is totally new an it includes the extremely sought after Goth outfit from the game. The coolest one in my opinion.

Hello, Thanks for your release ! I didnt see the option for the new PBRskin (micropores into fine details tab), wich is IMO one of the best features you can get from V8.1 ; it would be cool to add in the future, both "normal" shader for 8.0, and the new 8.1, with use of the standalone textures and blending maps from Victoria 8.1. It will also save you a lot of time without having to bother about bump maps (currently not very efficient from ripped game textures since they almost never include bump, only normals) ;) On an other note, you also could add an opacity mask for the fishnets (I made it from the bump map with some levels tweaking), otherwise the leg color won't match the skin under the net. Keep up the good work !

Hi, There's a bug in this release which makes every Genesis 8.1 female character apply Jodie's morphs by default. I fixed it locally by modifying: data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Female 8_1\Morphs\01_DazWraps\Beyond Two Souls\Jodie Holmes Morphs V20.dsf modifier_library --> channel --> value --> 0 (used to be 1)

Oh many thanks, I was pulling my hairs off yesterday trying to figure out what in a specific morph can alter the base 8.1 morphs... Now I'll check for this (had similar cases before and dumbly uninstalled/reinstalled base content).

I don't use G8.1 because 1. I think it is a cashgrab by daz for minuscule updates, 2. because none of my expression packages work with it, which makes it all but useless to me. So I really hope future releases will still be compatible with G8.

That said, the expressions available are far superior, imo to the older G8F sets...looking forward to 8.1 content for the realism.

I wouldn't limit to 8.1 not a lot of people are willing to move over to her, I know I'm not. I'm sick of them constantly releasing Genesis models when they are literately the same with a few slight adjustments.

Not only is this new Jodie a definite improvement over the first model release, but it uses the new features of genesis 8.1 so well. It's really impressive! All the work you're doing is paying off big time, keep it up!
