Roco Bios: Eevee (Patreon)

Finally making character Bios for Roco and all his unique forms.

Starting with the first, Eevee!

He's just a hungry little fluff ball who wants to eat people~


As a note, all his abilities listed under Quirks are shared by all forms (though those evolutions have their own unique quirks not shared by others)

Essentially I'm making canon that all his evolutions and his eevee form have that OMS ability from when I drew the "Roco Vores the Park" series, giving Roco a hammerspace like interior he can control. But, it does require effort and energy to use. Convenient that digesting people gives him more energy to use!
