I did self portraits using this film today, and they are on the $12 site.

I do not like this film! At least not for what I was doing. I suppose it is sort of pretty, but I was not as pleased with it as I thought I would be. I definitely prefer the lower ISO films and need to find a decent black and white I can use regularly that does not bother me.

But you can all go judge the photos yourselves and let me know if you dislike them! I'm going to do some more self portraits this week of course - though I think I'll do some digital. Much easier to control the results that way.

Also, when I was in the film shop today, I was asking for batteries for my instax square camera, and he kept saying "the instax mini or the wide?" And I'd say, "the instax square camera." And then every time he was questioning me "yes, I know, but which camera." Because he did not know the instax square camera existed. So I will continue my battery search elsewhere.

I like them. The 3200 is a bit grainy. Hopefully you find a BW film that you like.

Thank you! I'm going to get some soon, but will likely do more color first.

What you could do, Liv, if possible, is to take your camera in to the shop, to show the staff what you mean with the make and model of it. They might be able to help you better, if they could see your camera with their own eyes. I always love your photos, though.
