I took a photo of my removed nexplanon and was going to post! I’m so, so happy that thing is out of my arm forever! It turns out my body had an allergic reaction to it, and it had become embedded in growing scar tissue in my arm. So they had to cut through the scar tissue to remove - and removed some internal scar tissue as well. My phone doesn’t show my bloody arm btw! Just the medical equipment and the removed implant.
